• Will you be set up at the circuit or off site?

  • At the majority of circuits we use campsites that are within about 10-20 minutes walking distance of the circuit. This is purely because the facilities at the campsites we choose are vastly superior to those of the circuit owned campsites. If in doubt, phone us on 08455 191 193 or email us and we will explain the location of the campsite at your preferred track.

• Which nights does my rental include?

  • All quoted prices are for 2 nights - you pick which nights when you book. If you would like to stay for longer, each additional night will be charged at £30 per tent for a budget tent or a 1-2 man tent, £60 for a 2-4 man tent, £90 for a 3-6 man tent & £120 for a 4-6 man tent.
    We will be at every circuit on Raceday, Qualifying, Practice and Pre-Practice night. Please be aware that the actual days will vary depending on whether Raceday is Saturday or Sunday.

• What if I want to stay just one night?

  • You are very welcome to stay just for one night but our minimum booking is for two nights.

• Are tent prices dependent on the number of campers?

  • No. The price of each tent is fixed irrespective of how full it is. Any "per person" prices quoted are based on each tent being at full occupancy.

• How do I find you at the circuit?

  • We'll let you know the full details when you book up as this will depend on each circuit. You will be given a contact telephone number for two of the intentsGP team, who will be at the circuit long before you get there. If you get into any difficulties, you will be able to call this person for help or clarification on location details.

• Do I pay for my own camping ticket?

  • All camping fees are included in the cost of your tent BUT entrance to the circuit is NOT included so you do need to book this yourself.

• Is the cost of circuit entrance included?

  • No, the only thing included in our costs is the hire of the equipment and your camping fee.

• What happens if the tent gets damaged?

  • Just like when you hire a car, when you place your booking, there is a refundable £100 deposit. Assuming the tent and all other rented equipment is left in pretty much the same condition as when you arrived, the £100 will be transferred back into your account a few days after the event. • Do you take payment other then via PayPal?
