The campsite
For the Belgian F1 Grand Prix we'll be using the aptly named L'Eau Rouge campsite. Slap bang between the Spa Francorchamps circuit and the town of Stavelot, the campsite offers showers, proper toilets and all the other amenities you'd expect together with fresh rolls and coffee in the morning. It's about a 25 minute walk to the circuit but there are regular shuttles running from the campsite to the circuit that you can usually jump on for free. Camping is charged on the booking form so you won't need to worry about sorting that out when you arrive.
The facilities
- Permanent toilets
- Permanent showers that require a 50 cent coin (half a Euro)
- Small clubhouse with bar and big screen TV
- 25 minute walk to the circuit
- Shuttles running throughout the day to and from the circuit
- 30 minute walk to the nearest town
How to find us
When you reserve your tent with us you'll be given the name and mobile telephone number of 2 of your representatives at Spa Francorchamps. They will be at the camp site from Thursday morning and will be able to direct you to your tent. 1 week before the event we'll be able to give you a better idea of where the tents will be located in the campsite once the organisers have decided how they are going to lay the campsite out.
How to get here
Spa is about 3 hours drive/ride from Calais and is one of the closest (and best) tracks in Continental Europe. Here is a guide of how to get to the circuit.
